I moved here about 4 years ago from another state and switched my agent to Kelly Torggler without knowing much about her office. I was very pleasantly surprised today when her office gave me a call. I was in my first car accident, full fault with the other driver. I had started a claim with State Farm before switching to file directly with the at fault party's insurance. They called to check in on why the claim was sitting unfinished, see if we may need to have State Farm take over to ensure that my car got fixed in a timely manner, and see if there was anything else that was needed.
